Made Just for You
Each of our pieces is handmade and carefully personalised to order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Please double-check all names, dates and spelling before placing your order as these cannot be changed once production has begun.
If Something Isn’t Right
We take great care in creating every item, but if your order arrives damaged or there is a fault, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please include:

✦ A brief description of the issue
✦ Clear photos of the item and packaging
Non-Personalised Items
If you have purchased a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Changes & Cancellations
As each item is made to order, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always do our best to help.
Refunds
Any approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear, depending on your provider.
