The Passion
I’ve always had a passion for crafts. Even as a young child I was making friendship bracelets, sewing, knitting and generally creating. That passion never left me — if anything it grew. Having a job you love isn’t really a job at all, it’s a pleasure. The hours can be long but it has always been worth every minute.
The Journey
I followed my dream to college and university, gaining an honours degree in Contemporary Textiles. My love for jewellery and beadwork became something of an obsession — I’d created many jewellery sets and gathered quite a collection of beads! I started selling at local craft and charity fairs and the response was fantastic. Since then I’ve continued to expand my range to include even more unique personalised items, from memory cushions and keepsake bears to aprons, bunting and door name plaques.
The Craft
I’m a perfectionist, so new products can take time in development — but I think you’ll appreciate the care and quality that goes into everything I make. Every single item I create is something I send with complete confidence and pride. My goal is always the same: to make something you’ll genuinely treasure.
The Person
I’m a mum based in Accrington, and alongside running this business I also work part time at a local school as a lunchtime supervisor and after school club assistant. Fitting everything in around family and work means my crafting hours aren’t always conventional — but every order still gets the same care and attention whenever it’s made. One day I dream of opening my own boutique gift shop right here in my home town — but until then, everything is made by hand, right here at home, just for you..
