Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with Vicki Evans (vickievans.co.uk). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Vicki Evans is a sole trader selling handmade, personalised gifts and keepsakes from Accrington, UK. All items are handmade to order by Vicki Evans.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.
3. Lead Times
Items that are not held in stock are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for production before dispatch. During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mothering Sunday, lead times may be longer. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.
4. Personalised & Custom Orders
Please double-check all personalisation details (names, spellings, dates etc.) before submitting your order as we cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer. Custom and personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We accept all major credit and debit cards via WooPayments, and PayPal. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us prior to ordering so we can discuss shipping options and costs.
✦ Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch
✦ Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more
✦ We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers once dispatched
7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
✦ Non-personalised items: May be returned within 14 days, unused and in original condition. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
✦ Personalised & custom items: Non-refundable unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly made through our error.
✦ Faulty or damaged items: Please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
